A Night to Remember: MHQP Marks Its 30th Anniversary with Celebration and Gratitude
(May 2026)
What a night celebrating MHQP’s 30th anniversary at the Museum of Science! We are still buzzing from the incredible energy and enthusiasm at our gala event on May 11. Bringing together over 250 passionate individuals committed to a future of healthcare quality was a celebration of collaboration, innovation, and commitment to change.
We’re delighted to share our virtual program where you can learn more about our speakers, sponsors, history, and vision for the future.
We extend a boundless thank you to our fantastic sponsors listed in the first photo below. Your unwavering support invests in the innovation that is the hallmark of our past thirty years and strengthens what’s possible for our future. We could not have held such a successful event without you!
We also want to send a heartfelt thank you to our exceptional speakers: Dr. Julita Mir, Pam Ressler, Dr. Eric Dickson and Dr. Meredith Rosenthal. And our deepest appreciation goes to our MHQP’s Leadership Award winner, Dr. Atul Gawande, who wove together global and local, recognizing the conditions that define quality in healthcare and named the risks we take collectively in missing that mark. You lit up the room with your insights, inspiration, and expertise.
And to our 250 wonderful attendees—thank you for your engagement and enthusiasm! The energy in the room was palpable, and we couldn’t be more excited about the future we are shaping together. Each of you plays a vital role in advancing healthcare quality across our communities, and together we are paving the way for a brighter future in Massachusetts healthcare.
Our objective was to raise $500,000 to help ensure MHQP can continue to improve the quality and equity of patient care experiences in Massachusetts for years to come. MHQP’s Innovation Fund allows us to respond swiftly to the most pressing needs in our rapidly changing healthcare environment. With past support, MHQP’s Innovation Fund has seeded some of our most critical emerging initiatives – efforts that have gone on to advance understanding, promote equity, and improve care for patients across Massachusetts. We would welcome your additional donations to help us close the small gap to achieving our audacious fundraising goal. Click HERE to donate.
Once again, thank you for being a part of our celebration. We truly are all partners in this work. We are all MHQP.
