MHQP’s Rabson Advises CMS Administrator on Telehealth

(August 10, 2020)

With our swift shift to virtual platforms when the COVID-19 pandemic hit home, Massachusetts has become tops among all states in telehealth use, according to the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Seema Verma. Ms. Verma wanted to learn the lessons from the Commonwealth’s largely successful rapid shift to virtual care.  So last week, she held a conference call with some of the leaders in the state who are out-in-front on this issue. MHQP CEO Barbra Rabson was among them.

The call was also attended by Katie Lannon, a reporter for the State House News Service. Ms. Lannon filed the following article.  Barbra Rabson is quoted at the end of the report.
